  • When will my order ship??

  • After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
  • I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
  • How do I apply a coupon code?

  • Once you’ve clicked on the cart icon on the top right corner of your screen, review the contents of your cart and click "CHECKOUT." Enter your code in the field marked "Gift Card or Discount Code" on the right side of your screen. Click "APPLY" and your discount will be deducted from the total.

    If you're shopping on your mobile device, you will enter the coupon code on the same screen that you enter your payment method.If you have any issues applying your coupon code, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us

  • I know my refrigerator model number, what refrigerator filter do I need?

  • If you know the model number of your refrigerator - try typing the model number digits into the search box at the top of our site (see red arrow below).   We have a database of fridge model numbers and matching fridge filters.   The site should direct you to the correct filters provided your model number has been entered correctly.
